Screenshots, trailers, key art, logos and trademarks belong to their respective publishers and
developers. We use them for news reporting, identification, review and commentary. If you own such
material and want a specific use removed or credited differently, contact us and we will act.
Filing a takedown notice
Send notices to support@storeswiki.com with the subject
DMCA — trueorgame.com. To be actionable your notice needs:
- Identification of the work you say is infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on this site where the material appears.
- Your name and an address we can reply to.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the
law. - A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or
authorised to act for them. - Your physical or electronic signature.
We review notices promptly and will remove or disable material that infringes. Note that fair use,
fair dealing and reporting exceptions do apply to journalism, and we may decline a notice that plainly
targets legitimate commentary — we will explain our reasoning if we do.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send
a counter-notice to the same address with the URL, your contact details, a statement under penalty of
perjury that you believe the removal was an error, and your signature.
Repeat infringement
Accounts or contributors who repeatedly infringe lose access.
